In 2014, our co-founders Kasper and Rasmus, both working at Copenhagen Airport, came to a realisation: operating an airport was extremely inefficient. But it didn’t have to be.

Take decisions with clarity & confidence

Deciding they cared so much they had to do something about it, they established Copenhagen Optimization with the goal of reimagining airport operations from curb to gate. 

Fast forward to 2025 and our Better Airport platform is in operation in +40 airports around the world, helping to dramatically reduce Capex and Opex, and, perhaps even more importantly, empowering operators to take day-to-day and long-term decisions with clarity and confidence.
