Kasper has a M.Sc. in Economics and has for years been a main driver in business development in Maersk, CPH Airport and Copenhagen Optimization. Kasper is a natural in identifying new areas of interest and has extensive experience in developing and implementing solutions with proven results. With responsibility for Consultancy and Business Development, Kasper excels in quickly understanding your challenges and adapting our ideas and experience to identify ways of overcoming the challenges.
Anders has a strong theoretical background and significant experience from industrial application of operations research. Anders has a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Operations Research and is the lead on technical development and product innovation. While having a strong theoretical background, Anders’ former role as Head of Staff Planning at Copenhagen Airports, a job with many practical day-to-day challenges, has given him important experience in terms of both human resource management and application of optimization.
Tor joined Copenhagen Optimzation in May 2015 to pursue his passion for creating state-of-the-art capacity and demand analysis products that enable companies to both optimise their daily operation and prepare for future growth. Tor also has a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the Technical University of Denmark and will be leading the software development together with Anders.
Sarah holds a BA Hons. Degree in Business Economics from Kingston University, UK and an HD.2. in International Business from CBS. She started her career in Sales with PepsiCo in and since relocated to Denmark in 2006 joining Copenhagen Airports A/S. Having held a variety of roles including Route Development, Airport Operation Management and Director Real Estate Sarah has extensive Aviation experience and has since 2015 combined her skill set working in the IT and Transportation sectors. She strongly believes that “a job worth doing is worth doing well” and is committed to building long term and successfully business partnerships.
Joined Copenhagen Optimization in October 2015 upon returning to Denmark after a period living in Chile. Hjalte holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration and has 5 years of operational and commercial experience from job roles within the logistics industry prior to joining Copenhagen Optimization.
Sigridur holds a M.Sc.in Engineering Management with specialization in Management and Analysis of Operations. She has 2.5 years of experience from the consulting business, with focus on procurement and supply chain management for global companies, prior to joining Copenhagen Optimization in October 2015.
Alexandra holds an M.Sc. in Mathematical Modelling and Computation from the Technical University of Denmark, with a specialization in Operations Research and in Dynamical Systems. She joined Copenhagen Optimization in 2016. She enjoys in-depth mathematical analyses of complex problems, and will always go the extra mile to ensure that the solution she delivers is truly meaningful and valuable.
Rasmus holds an MA in International Studies from Durham University. Prior to joining Copenhagen Optimization he has worked as a military linguist (Persian) for the Danish Armed Forces and with strategy and controlling for the police. He is a firm believer that data, and the optimal visualization thereof, is the foundation for good governance and decision making on all levels of an organization.
Emilie joined Copenhagen Optimization in August 2017. She holds an M.Sc. in Mathematical Modelling and Computation from the Technical University of Denmark, with a specialization in Operations Research and Data Analysis. She enjoys combining and modifying data analytical tools in order to identify areas of improvements.
Joined Copenhagen Optimization in 2015 as the primary driver of front end development. With an educational background combining computer science and business management, he has since 2008 been working in the rapidly evolving web development industry keeping up with the latest technologies. He loves creating business value through great usability and user experience.
Joined Copenhagen Optimization September 2015 coming from a Software company specialized in Airport Management Systems and Airport Operational Databases. Steffen holds a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and has more than 8 years of software development experience prior to joining Copenhagen Optimization. He enjoys delivering high quality code using newest technologies without compromising the pragmatic view on usability. Making use of the good practises and new technologies while keeping business value in focus. Steffen thrives in finding the best technical solution for a long term durable system.
Kim is the latest addition to the development team. He is passionate about designing and building effective and lasting software solutions for the cloud.
Jakob has worked with software development since 2000, where he graduated with a diploma in electrical engineering. Since graduating, he has worked with software, supporting telephone systems, supporting software for marketing and as backend developer on websites for Danish Municipalities and other larger companies. Furthermore, he has worked as the main backend developer for DOT (Your public transport) web shop that sells special tickets for public transport in Denmark.
Jakob joined Copenhagen Optimization April 2017 and is passionate about finding the best solution to meet the end users desires while at the same time making the product scalable and maintainable.
Anna joined Copenhagen Optimization June 2017.
Marcus is a software engineer with five years of experience in software security. He holds a cand. polyt, in software from Aalborg University and worked in internet banking since 2012 before joining Copenhagen Optimization in April 2017. He enjoys writing high-quality software and keeping up with the latest technology trends.
