Jens brings a solid professional career from primarily the airline industry and strong strategic focus to the Board of Directors. Jens is part of several boards in primarily Danish companies within airports, travel agencies and software. In addition, he co-founded the metasearch engine Momondo and has previously held executive positions at SAS and Mediacom. Jens has a focus on pushing the strategic agenda and development ambitions.

Kraen is CEO at Coop Denmark with the overall responsibility of the business. Kraen has a background in management consulting from McKinsey & Company and is an active member of several company boards with particular emphasis on technology. Furthermore, Kraen is passionate about transforming businesses by bringing people and technology together with a relentless focus on customer experience, value creation, and execution.

Michael is CEO of Systematic A/S. He founded Systematic in 1985, today the company has 1000+ employees in 12 countries, and customers in more than 50 countries world-wide. Michael was awarded ‘World Entrepreneur of the Year’ by Ernst & Young in 2004 and has received King Frederik the 9th honorary award for promoting Danish export. Michael is advocating visual management and is a forerunner on many societal issues.

Michael Holm
Board Member
Anders has a strong theoretical background and significant experience from industrial application of operations research. Anders has a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Operations Research and is the lead on technical development and product innovation. While having a strong theoretical background, Anders’ former role as Head of Staff Planning at Copenhagen Airports, a job with many practical day-to-day challenges, has given him important experience in terms of both human resource management and application of optimization.

Kasper has a M.Sc. in Economics and has for years been the main driver in business development in Maersk, CPH Airport and Copenhagen Optimization. Kasper is a natural in identifying new areas of interest and has extensive experience in developing and implementing solutions with proven results. With responsibility for Consultancy and Business Development, Kasper excels in quickly understanding your challenges and adapting our ideas and experience to identify ways of overcoming the challenges.
