VQ reservations can now be integrated into boarding passes. Travelers can now self-scan their boarding pass when they arrive for their reservation, instead of showing the virtual queuing QR code to an attendant.
Copenhagen, Denmark - The virtual queuing experience just got easier at Germany’s Hannover and Berlin Brandenburg airports. By integrating the VQ reservation slot into the boarding pass passengers are given automatic access to the dedicated virtual queuing lane when they arrive for their reservation.
Danish based Copenhagen Optimization partners with US based CLEAR on the Virtual Queuing solution for airports. The partnership is all about making the experience safer, easier, and friction-free for passengers while also improving the airport efficiency.
