Leading UK airport operator, Manchester Airport Group, and Copenhagen-based software company, Copenhagen Optimization, join forces to fast-track innovations for airport operations.
Manchester, UK – Manchester Airports Group (MAG) and its software provider Copenhagen Optimization have announced a formal strategic partnership with a view to creating a data-led, airport-wide, planning and operating approach, that delivers crucial operational insights and creates seamless passenger journeys.
While MAG has been a Copenhagen Optimization customer since 2018, the goal of the new partnership is to deliver a closer working relationship that can accelerate game-changing innovations through the collection of crucial operational insights.
The initiative is already bearing fruit with the co-development of Better Shift, a solution that gives airport operational teams the tools to make the right staffing and deployment decisions at the right time.
