Our consultancy services covers all operational areas of the airport and are centered on the elements of value creation described above. After visiting your airport and understanding your challenges, we define a project in cooperation with you. We scope the project and deliver a fixed price proposal for our services. The typical project commences with a data collection and validation phase, followed by an analytical phase, where we are analyzing your data to calibrate our models. We share our initial results mirror-imaging your current operation. With this in place, we host one or more workshops, where we in collaboration are identifying options for improvement. We quantify the effects of the improvements and outline how the improvements are implemented. The last step of the typical project is outlining a set of decisions to be taken in order to start the improvement work.

We offer services aimed at making the visit to a hospital a better experience for the patient. We do this by improving the planning of tasks, assuring the ability to follow and update plans on the day, and create a fact-based performance evaluation. We ascertain that the various departments involved in handling of patients are basing their decisions on the same set of numbers.
An abundance of data is collected and stored at hospitals today. This creates a valuable base for analyzing the process flows for the patient, as well as for the specific department. This covers data down to the single scan of a sample, as it moves through the process required to establish a diagnose or the flow of patients between various departments. Typically, we analyze at least 12 month’s worth of data to account for seasonality – often several million rows of data. We crunch the data and during this process, we identify patterns, uncover options for process improvement, and define KPIs on which to base a performance evaluation while closely cooperating with relevant stakeholders in the process.
